Privacy stub
How we handle waitlist data
This is a Phase 0 stub, not a finished privacy policy. A full policy will be published before checkout opens on seedbank.ca.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we ask for:
- Name (optional)
- Email (required)
- Canadian postal code or FSA (required)
- Interest lanes you select
- Whether you want to buy or sell
Why
We use this to count demand by Canadian region, email you about the seedbank.ca launch, and follow up with people who want to sell.
Where it is stored
Submissions are processed by a Cloudflare Pages Function. Depending on how this project is configured, rows may be written to Notion or held in a Cloudflare KV stub. We do not sell the list.
Canada only
seedbank.ca is a Canadian marketplace waitlist. Postal codes are validated as Canadian FSA or postal format.
